Free Mindfulness Meditation Sessions 

As we confront the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us are experiencing a great deal of distress about how to carry out professional duties while also attending to the needs of family members and friends. We understand the toll on the community. Increased anxiety and stress can compromise wellbeing. In this time of need, through a shared vision, the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness & Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion are teaming up to provide free, daily online streams and recordings of mindfulness and compassion sessions. We encourage your participation.
