Free On-Demand Mediation Workshop
This free, on-demand webinar, hosted by the Center for Compassionate Communication, introduces the fundamentals of mediation. Participants will enhance their communication and listening skills, learn strategies for resolving conflicts, and recognize when mediation is an appropriate tool for managing difficult conversations.
