The Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion is proud to present the inaugural Compassion in Medical Education (C-MEd) Forum, offering a unique opportunity for other schools of medicine to learn about our innovative empathy and compassion programming and curricula directly from our experts. The goal: to help attendees transform learning at their respective institutions. C-MEd is intended for medical educators, deans/academic leadership, and anatomy lab directors at schools of medicine, as well as healthcare practitioners at teaching hospitals.

Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT™)
Compassion Institute will facilitate a one-day intensive Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT™) Workshop for those interested in learning more about the key components of compassion and how to apply learned skills in their everyday and professional lives. Drawing from contemplative science, neuroscience, and psychology, the content is supported by research on the efficacy of CCT and compassion training, and is facilitated by a certified CCT teacher with expertise in the health sector.
